Our model is based on pure disintermediation between customers and accommodation providers, without ties or obligations. The hosts and hoteliers manage independently the pricing and availability. Our system provides to hosts and hoteliers a selling tool that puts them in direct contact with customers, without fixed costs.
Customers book online with a Credit Card to guarantee the reservation and pay at the accommodation. For some accommodations or special prepaid offers, it's possible to require the payment upon booking.

he may report the customer to include in the Unwelcome Guests List™ (using an automated procedure included in our booking system). Every report is scrupulously checked by our staff before being posted on the Unwelcome Guests List™.
The customer included in this list will not able to make bookings on our website.
